Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

​

•  Minimum age:  (participants below 18 years require written consent from a parent or legal guardian).​

​

•  Minimum weight: 45 kg.​

•  Maximum weight: 100 kg.

​

• Participants must be physically fit to undertake adventure sports.

​

2. Safety

• Safety is the highest priority at OrangeLife.

​

• All decisions regarding flying, postponement, cancellation, or continuation of training are made solely by OrangeLife instructors. These decisions are final and must be respected by all participants.

​

3. Weather

​

• Paragliding is entirely weather-dependent.

​

• OrangeLife cannot guarantee flying on any particular day, and course schedules may be extended or rescheduled if weather conditions are considered unsafe.

​

4. Attendance

​

• Participants must report on time for all scheduled sessions.

​

• Missed sessions due to late arrival or absence may not be repeated or compensated.

​

5. Equipment

​

• OrangeLife provides certified training equipment for use during the course.

​

• Participants will be responsible for any loss or damage caused due to negligence, misuse, or failure to follow instructor instructions.

​

6. Health Declaration

Participants confirm that:

 

• They are physically and mentally fit to participate.

• They have disclosed any existing medical conditions that may affect their safety.

•  They will not participate while under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or recreational drugs.

7. Personal Belongings

OrangeLife is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

​

8. Photography & Media

• Photographs and videos captured during training may be used by OrangeLife for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes unless the participant notifies OrangeLife in writing before the commencement of the course.

​

9. Certification

• Course certification will only be awarded after the participant has successfully met the required practical and theoretical standards of the course.

​

10. Code of Conduct

• Participants are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully throughout the course.

​

• OrangeLife reserves the right to remove any participant from the course without refund for unsafe behaviour, misconduct, harassment, intoxication, or failure to follow instructor instructions.

​

11. Accommodation & Meals

• Accommodation and meals are charged separately unless specifically included in a package.

​

• Non-vegetarian meals must be pre-booked in advance, particularly during the monsoon season, as supplies are procured based on prior orders.

​

12. Assumption of Risk & Liability

• Paragliding is an adventure sport involving inherent risks.

​

• All participants are required to sign a Risk Acceptance and Liability Waiver before commencing training.

​

• OrangeLife shall not be held liable for injuries, losses, delays, or damages arising from weather conditions, natural events, participant negligence, or risks inherent to paragliding, except where liability cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

​

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

​

• Any dispute arising from participation in OrangeLife courses shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
